The Klixxa System Architecture
A New Structural Logic for Filtration
Klixxa is based on the consistent separation of filter media and load-bearing structure. This creates a modular system architecture with high mechanical stability and configurable geometry. Structural stability is not achieved through material mass, but through an integrated load distribution system within the architecture.
As a result, structural material usage is reduced to the functionally required minimum. The consistent utilization of the active filter area promotes uniform airflow throughout the system. This reduces initial pressure drop while maintaining stable operating conditions within the installation.

The modular system architecture provides design flexibility that goes beyond conventional pleated constructions. Geometry and configuration can be tailored to different plant concepts and installation requirements. This expands the design possibilities for integrating filtration systems into both existing and new plant environments.
Klixxa thus transforms filtration from a design primarily determined by the filter medium into a flexibly configurable system solution. Existing plant structures can be taken into account during system design without having to redefine the fundamental architecture of the filter. The result is a platform that can accommodate different applications within a shared design framework.
