The Foundation of aNew Filtration Architecture.
Not a Cardboard Filter.
Klixxa Core replaces load-bearing folded constructions with an integrated load distribution system. The structural function is decoupled from the filter sleeve and transferred into the system architecture. This provides high mechanical stability while reducing material usage.
Central System Characteristics
Consistent System Protection.
The sleeve fulfills a clearly defined function: it serves as a barrier for the protection of the coating system. Because the protective function and the load-bearing structure are separated, the sleeve does not need to carry structural loads. Its role remains focused on system protection, while structural tasks are managed within the system architecture.
Variable Geometry.
The Klixxa architecture enables variable installation depths of up to 800 mm as well as configurable opening geometries. This allows the filtration system to be adapted to the airflow requirements of a specific application. At the same time, the active filter area remains fully usable, contributing to uniform airflow conditions and reduced initial pressure drop.
